Thank you for visiting our website and for your interest in WertSicht GmbH.
The protection and security of the data of our customers and users are extremely important to us. We have therefore designed our website and our business processes to collect and process as little personal data as possible.
This privacy statement describes what information we collect when you visit our website and what parts of that information may be used and how.
Personal data such as name, address, telephone number or e-mail address shall be collected by us only if you actively and directly contact us, e.g. through an online application or by e-mail. We use your voluntarily submitted data exclusively for the purposes for which you have provided them to us. We shall only use your data for such purposes if you have given us your consent for the use in the context of further offers or for marketing purposes.
Our employees are obligated to keep personal data confidential. These data will only be passed on to third parties if this is necessary for the fulfillment of your agreement. Such third parties shall also be obliged by agreements to observe data protection of the users.
Standard data set
When you visit our website, the browser used on your terminal device automatically sends information to the server hosting our website. The website operator automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These include:
- Browser type and version
- Operating system
- Source / reference from which you came to our site (referring URL)
- Hostname of the accessing computer
- Amount of data sent
- Time of the server request
- IP address of the requesting computer
- This data will not be compiled with any other data sources.
The basis for data processing is art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR, which permits the processing of data for the fulfillment of a contract or pre-contractual measures.
In the event of attempted misuse or server errors, however, it may be possible for a so-called log file to be activated for error analysis purposes. In particular, the IP address, the specific address of the page accessed through us, if applicable the page from which you reached us (link source), the transmitted identification of the browser, as well as the system date and time of the page access are recorded here. This data is deleted from our servers immediately after the error has been rectified and is used exclusively to analyze the error. We are unable to link the log data to a person.
Technical control – Cookies
We have taken extensive technical and operational precautions to protect your personal data from unauthorised access and misuse. Our security procedures are regularly reviewed and adapted to technological progress. Our employees are obliged to maintain confidentiality.

We have no influence on whether these providers comply with data protection regulations.
