Our values

Principles are important to us

We use our energy to enable organisations to develop in a value-based, future-oriented and sustainable way. The same is, of course, also important to us with regard to our own community and our environment. Being carbon-neutral since 2017 is another part of this effort.

The 8 guiding principles of wertsicht

  1. We want to promote sustainable development of companies and organisations. With this objective in mind, we develop projects and offer consulting and coaching services.
  2. It is of particular importance to us that our consultations and projects lead to added value for our customers and society.
  3. We want to do a good job! We have high quality standards for our work - both methodically and professionally - and will continue to develop them further.
  4. Open and fair communication with our customers, business partners and of course each other is essential for us.
  5. Only highly motivated employees can do a good job. This also means that we do not make promises that we cannot keep, we want to be open about our own limits and support each other. We also try to consider the personal needs of each individual. While we care about our work, it is not everything that exists for us.
  6. Solid business practices are a basic prerequisite for our actions. A fair compensation of our services, reasonable wages and profit creation enable a high quality of our work and provide room for development.
  7. Protecting the environment to the best of our ability is another part of our identity.
  8. Work can be fun as well.
